One of those midnite hungers that keep you through to breakfast. Cook up a few or for a crowd.
12 Dinner Rolls sliced
1/4 lb. sliced deli roast beef
12 slices pepper jack cheese
1 small onion sliced
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbs smoked paprika
1tsp ground chipolte
Turn on griddle to medium heat, cook onions in a little oil until translucent, cut roast beef into smaller pcs. and put on griddle to heat up. Mean while, have the Smoky Mayo prepared, put mayo, sour cream, paprika and chipolte in a bowl combine and put aside. Butter your buns and heat on griddle. put cheese on the meat then assemble sandwiches with meat, cheese and onions, spread one half of bun with mayo, serve up.
